Kalagala Education Initiative is a community-based organization focused on connecting children in rural Kyotera District, Uganda, to the global community through letters, sponsorship, and volunteerism. The foundation aims to enhance literacy and communication skills among primary school children, expose them to global cultures, and provide pathways for educational sponsorship and support. Core initiatives include a letter exchange platform, optional student sponsorship, an international volunteer program, and community engagement events. By fostering international friendships and mentorship, Kalagala Foundation strives to empower marginalized children and strengthen community connections while ensuring child safety and well-being.
